Ashley Odom is the designer behind Modo Designs. She has been creating jewelry for the past 10 years. She received a degree in Advertising with an emphasis on the creative aspect from The University of Texas at Austin, and continued on to take metal manipulation classes from local artist and coppersmith, Rita Ross.
Ashley's fresh ideas for creating wearable art are influenced by fluid lines found in architecture and nature, as well as mid-century fashion and modern art. Each piece is designed to flirt with diversity and independence while preserving timeless beauty and grace.
Her pieces have been featured in many different boutiques around the country from Lavish in Crested Butte, CO, Xin in Los Angeles, The Long Beach Museum of Art, and local Austin boutiques like Therapy and Eliza Page. |
